feedback you'd like to provide to help us better meet your expectations in

What information of yours may be collected through the Zoasis site?
Zoasis is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or
rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this

Registration
In order to use this website, you
must first register. During
registration you are required to give your contact information (such as name and
email address). We also may collect
other information, some of which may be personal information, which you
voluntarily provide to us when you choose to use some of the Zoasis tools and
services. We use the information we
collect to tailor your Zoasis experience by (i) displaying content according to
your interests and preferences, (ii) providing a faster method for you to submit
information to us and receive back the information or products you desire, (iii)
contacting you or sending you information about our company and promotional
material from some of our partners, and (iv) allowing us to contact you
regarding functionality changes or new services available on the website.
Cookies

With whom is information shared?

that are being offered by our partners or advertisers. Laboratory orders, results, and consultations are not shared or made
available with any parties other than the clinic associated with that laboratory
account. Zoasis does give you the ability to share this information at your own discretion by providing download
and print features in the lab reports module.
We use postal and shipping
companies to ship products and reminders. These companies do not retain, share,
store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Also, we use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and
services. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and fraud
protection, and are not retained for any other purposes.
We may partner with other parties
to provide specific services. When
you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact
information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. For example, certain supply providers will require reference information
in order to be able to extend you credit. These
parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for
the purpose of providing these services.
In addition, Zoasis may disclose
personally identifiable user information to others when we believe, in good
faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the requirements
of the law or a legal process served on us.
What kinds of security procedures are in
place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under Zoasis'
control?
This website
takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive or confidential information via the website,
the information is protected both online and off-line.
When our
registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a DEA
or a Credit Card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with
SSL, one of the best encryption software packages in the industry.
While we use
SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in
our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive
information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for
example, our site administrator or customer service representatives) are granted

Zoasis operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your
personal information in the course of providing products or services to Zoasis. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with
technology, services, and/or content related to better operation and maintenance
of our website. Access to your
personal information by these contractors is limited to the information
reasonably necessary in order for the contractor to perform its limited function
for Zoasis. We require that our
operations and maintenance contractors 1) protect the privacy of your personal
information consistent with this privacy policy, and 2) not use or disclose your
personal information for any purpose other than providing us with products and
services
How can you correct any inaccuracies in your information?
If your personally identifiable
information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our
service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your
personal data accordingly. This can
usually be done at the member information page, by the designated site
administrator in individual veterinary hospitals or by contacting our Customer Service Department at customerservice@zoasis.com.

The web is constantly
evolving. Similarly, we are
constantly reviewing our site and our policies. Periodically, we may decide to use information collected from you in new
ways and our services may evolve to serve you better. As a result, we may from
